Exercising for two

Not only does it really help prepare your body for the strength & endurance needed for labor/pushing, it can help your unborn baby’s heart, too!

Check out this article from The New York Times about the benefits of normal exercise while pregnant! Even more motivation on those days when I don’t feel like getting on the treadmill.
